Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract requirements.Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and pricing for electrical works.Estimate LV/MV/HV systems, substations, power distribution, street lighting, lighting networks, and utility infrastructure.Estimate ELV systems, including telecommunications, fiber optics, CCTV, access control, and related systems.Prepare RFQs and obtain, analyze, and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations.Develop detailed unit rates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.Identify tender risks, assumptions, exclusions, and opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization.Prepare and maintain tender cost sheets, comparison statements, and pricing summaries.Coordinate with technical, procurement, commercial, and planning teams throughout the tender process.
