Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their needs. Explain products, features, prices, and promotions.
Demonstrate products and encourage customers to purchase.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain an attractive and well-organized counter or display.
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about low stock.
Process or assist with customer orders and payments, depending on the company.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and basic after-sales support. Keep records of sales, customer feedback, and stock movement.
Coordinate with mall management and the company's sales team when required. Follow company policies, grooming standards, and mall regulations.
Requirements

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, promotions, or a similar customer-facing role (electronics or retail background preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and explain product features confidently.
Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Good product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn technical specifications (electronics or consumer tech).
Basic numeracy skills for handling payments, processing orders, and maintaining sales records.
Well-groomed, presentable, and professional in appearance, in line with company and mall standards.
Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as per mall or store timings.
Basic computer or POS system knowledge is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage for engaging a diverse customer base.
UAE residence required; candidates already based in Abu Dhabi preferred.
Benefits
Salary: AED 3,000 plus benefits as per UAE Labor Law and company policy
Commission: AED 1500 to 2000 depending on performance
