Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2–5 years of relevant MEP experience, ideally in construction or structural/tensile projects
UAE experience preferred, including familiarity with Civil Defense and DEWA/SEWA requirements (Sharjah Electricity & Water Authority)
Skills
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards (NFPA, IEC, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, etc.)
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP design/coordination software
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications
Good problem-solving and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
Strong communication skills for liaising with contractors, consultants, and authorities
Attention to detail, especially around safety-critical systems
