What We’re Looking For Experience: Proven work experience as a Physical Fitness Trainer Education: Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field Certification: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent certification from a recognized fitness organization Skills: Strong communication skills in English and local language, with the ability to simplify complex fitness concepts Content Creation: Ability to produce engaging video and written content Approach: Empathetic, client-focused approach with a true passion for helping clients reach their goals Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in fitness tracking software, video conferencing, and other relevant digital tools Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment
