Job description
Guest assistance: Help guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
Escort: Accompany guests to their rooms, explain room features and amenities.
Delivery: Handle guest requests for deliveries, messages, or special items.
Lobby presence: Maintain an attentive presence in the lobby to assist guests.
Valet support: Provide support to valet services as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous hospitality experience preferred.
Physical fitness for lifting and moving luggage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
