The role requires efficient, timely, and accurate input of invoices, registration of receipts and payments, reconciliation of used car sales invoices, bank reconciliations, VAT reconciliations, and accounts payable SOA and reporting. Key functional skills include analytical skills, eye for detail, knowledge of accounting principles and MS Office, ERP knowledge, numerically competent, communication skills, time management, and team player.

9 Month Contract1 Overall Role Purpose To ensure the efficient, timely and accurate input of invoices including registration of receipts and payments, reconciliation of used car sales invoices, bank reconciliations , VAT reconciliations & accounts payable SOA and reporting requirements. 2 Main Tasks and Responsibilities Registers supplier invoices and employee expense claims in EXACT and non-supplier related invoices in NOLS Maintains, creates and reviews data quality reports for all processes within area of responsibility. Reviews all vendor invoices and follows up on approval when required. Registers bank receipts and payments. Prepares bank reconciliation of all bank accounts Reconciles AP ledgers and supplier SOA Assists in the monthly/quarterly/semi annual/annual reporting requirements (i.e., ICF, ICFR, Shareholder reports) Assists in the monthly VAT reconciliation process Assists in the internal and external audit process including ICV review activities Reconciles used car sales invoices against reciepts Financial Officer Reliever 3 Functional Skills Expert knowledge Description Level¹ Type Analytical skills To efficiently analyze financial information and be able to identify any discrepancies on financial ledgers and invoices. Proficient Required Eye for Detail Having the ability to compile a lot of information and interpret the same on a regular basis Proficient Required Accounting Principles & MS Office Having good math skills to utilize daily. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles Proficient Required ERP knowledge An ERP system selection methodology is a formal process for selecting an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
