Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years’ experience in working on equipment in heavy industries like Port, Mines, Steel and Manufacturing, Crane electrical Maintenance/Repair Workshop.
- Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Electrical Engineering

Carry out planned electrical/mechanical maintenance on all items of crane equipment, keeping to the high standards as laid down by the company, for both safety and reliability.To ensure maximum operational availability of equipment by conducting periodic diagnostic work and repairs.To undertake work in a safe manner in compliance with safety regulations and procedures as defined by DP World.To keep the Supervisors and other technicians informed of progress & problems to ensure smooth flow of communication.To maintain tidiness and cleanliness of workshop facilities and all equipment thereby creating a safe and healthy work environment.Carry out fault diagnosis on the equipment and ascertain the cause of defects, repair methods, and spare part requirements.Be able to select the correct spare parts, and obtain technical information from the manufactures parts and technical manuals.Be able to carry out the above duties with limited supervision.Visit sites of work locations and equipment as and when assigned tasks related out of beyond the regular workshops.
