Responsibilities:Calculate and analyze actual production costs and compare them with standard costs.Analyze direct and indirect cost elements and their impact on product costs.Calculate and monitor the cost of raw materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead.Prepare cost variance reports and highlight significant variances for review.Analyze variances in raw material consumption, production efficiency, and waste.Calculate and maintain finished goods costing.Prepare daily and monthly cost reports.Support the preparation of profitability reports by product, customer, or sales channel.Provide required costing data and analysis during the monthly closing process.Coordinate with the Costing Manager and relevant departments to investigate and resolve cost variances.
