Requirements
Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant electrical engineering and maintenance experience. Requires strong knowledge of electrical codes, installations, maintenance, safety, generation and distribution systems, and working knowledge of cGMP, data integrity, and regulated documentation practices. Proven supervisory, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills, along with excellent English communication, documentation, and reporting skills are essential.
Description
Job RoleLead and coordinate electrical installation, operation and maintenance activities across the plant. Ensure reliable electrical systems, rapid fault resolution and full compliance with cGMP, safety requirements and approved procedures, while minimizing production disruption.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise electrical installations, upgrades and daily shift activities.Plan and execute preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance for electrical equipment and systems.Troubleshoot faults, identify safety risks and repair or replace defective components.Manage electrical generation and distribution systems in line with applicable codes and safety standards.Implement electrical SOPs and maintain accurate logbooks, permits, work orders, drawings, manuals and maintenance records.Work with Production, Quality and other departments to prevent or minimize operational interruptions.Lead HSE compliance, incident investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.Qualification & ExperienceDiploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.Minimum 10Y+ years of relevant electrical engineering and maintenance experience.Strong knowledge of electrical codes, installations, maintenance, safety, generation and distribution systems.Working knowledge of cGMP, data integrity and regulated documentation practices.Proven supervisory, troubleshooting, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.Excellent English communication, documentation and reporting skills.
