Requirements
Proven track record in a management role such as City Lead, General Manager, or Head of Operations, ideally within the technology, mobility, or on-demand services sector. Demonstrated experience launching, managing, or scaling operations in a new city or market. Experience managing budgets and delivering against operational and financial targets. Strong leadership, team-building, business acumen, data-driven decision-making, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage. Strong understanding of the cultural, regulatory, and business landscape in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia.
