Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering in Civil, Architectural, or related discipline. Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC roles for high-rise tower projects, with experience in Saudi Arabia and understanding of local codes. Experience on large-scale or mega projects is highly preferred. Professional membership or certification (e.g., ISO, PMP, CQE) is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
Description
The Senior QA/QC Manager will lead all quality assurance and quality control functions across the project. This role ensures that all construction activities, materials, and processes meet the highest standards of compliance, safety, and performance. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in high-rise developments within Saudi Arabia and excels at implementing robust quality systems, managing audits, and driving continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain the project's QA/QC management system in alignment with international standards and project requirementsOversee inspection and testing activities for all construction phases, ensuring full compliance with specifications and regulatory guidelinesLead quality audits, non-conformance management, corrective actions, and preventive measuresCoordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve quality issues and ensure consistent executionReview and approve quality documentation, method statements, ITPs, and material submittalsMonitor performance metrics, identify risks, and recommend improvements to enhance quality outcomesProvide leadership, training, and mentorship to QA/QC teams to foster a culture of excellence and accountabilityPrepare regular quality reports and present findings to project leadership and stakeholdersQualifications & RequirementsBachelor of Engineering in Civil, Architectural, or related disciplineRelevant professional membership or certification (e.g., ISO, PMP, CQE) is an advantageMinimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC roles for high-rise tower projectsExperience in Saudi Arabia, with strong understanding of local codes and regulatory frameworksExperience working on large-scale or mega projects is highly preferredStrong leadership, communication, and analytical skillsSaudi national candidates are preferred
