Requirements
Requires 1+ years of professional work experience, ideally with 1+ year in an Operations position. Experience leading teams is preferred. Must have demonstrated expertise with the Dubai region and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills. As an Operations Associate, you will enhance our fleet, coordinate our teams in the warehouse and in the field, and be the local eyes and ears on the ground to understand the local needs of our riders. You will tackle challenges along our operational journey from the moment a vehicle arrives in our warehouse, until a customer ends their ride. This role is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping the future of mobility in Dubai.This is a warehouse-based position that requires an onsite presence during assigned business hours.What You'll DoHire, train, and provide coaching to all levels of Mechanics and Fleet Support positions responsible for deploying and retrieving our shared electric vehicleContribute to the growth of Lime's daily operations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha and any other region across Lime's EU West and Middle East markets with support and guidance from the regional team, ensuring that new processes and operational best practices are defined and implemented to drive operational excellenceBuild a safe, compliant and efficient warehouse environment that supplies a fully operational fleet of vehiclesDefine new processes and best practices to drive operational excellence within the warehousePartner cross-functionally on operations projects that result in identifying expansion opportunities within your region(s)Define and monitor KPIs that measure the profitability, revenue, and operational performance of your market(s)Develop dashboards and tools to effectively manage Lime's operation and business across different marketsProvide complaint management and customer incidents investigation supportParticipate in fleet and supply management as well as other cross-functional projects including partnering with our Global Operations teamsMaintain positive relationships between customers, regulators/city officials, employees, and Lime managementCollaborate with Engineering and Product teams to drive local initiatives for revenue growthAbout You1+ years of professional work experience; plus ideally 1+ year of experience within an Operations positionExperience leading teams or groups preferredDemonstrated expertise with the Dubai region and ability to anticipate operational needs and/or challenges within this areaGrit and an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in an ambiguous environmentHigh-energy and sound decision maker with the ability to make data-based decisions with a cost focused mindsetFluent verbal and written English & Arabic language skillsFamiliarity with Excel and Google Sheets (Python & SQL knowledge would be a bonus) with the ability to navigate and draw inference from dataExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsIf you want to make an impact, Lime is the place for you.
