We’re inviting experienced Tankage Supervisors to register their interest for upcoming large-scale tankage and heavy-industry projects across the UK. Role Overview:
- Supervision of tank erection and welding teams — coordinating daily activities, ensuring work is completed safely and to standard
- Technical oversight — reviewing drawings, weld maps, and specifications to guide the team
- Quality assurance — monitoring fit-up, weld quality, tolerances, and compliance with project requirements
- Safety leadership — enforcing site rules, conducting toolbox talks, and maintaining safe working practices
- Progress reporting — liaising with site management, tracking progress, and resolving issues
- Team coordination — working closely with platers, welders, riggers, and crane crews
