Job description
Deliver food, beverages, and guest amenities promptly and accurately to beach guests.
Assist guests with setting up sunbeds, umbrellas, towels, and other beach equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beach area, including sunbeds, tables, walkways, and service stations.
Ensure all guest requests are attended to promptly and professionally.
Support the Food & Beverage team by coordinating with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Monitor beach inventory, including towels, amenities, and service equipment, and report shortages to the supervisor.
Collect used service items, glassware, and waste from the beach area while maintaining cleanliness throughout the day.
Observe and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with guests.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, health and safety regulations, and service procedures.
Assist colleagues during busy periods and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality.
Proficiency in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
Food safety and hygiene certifications.
Knowledge of wine and food pairing principles.
Excellent memory and attention to detail.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays.
Demonstrable experience in handling high-value transactions and maintaining discretion.
Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or beach/pool operations is an advantage.
Primarily works outdoors in beach environments.
