Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in System Administration and IT Technical Support. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure administration, Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V), Firewall configuration, Backup Solutions, and networking. Ability to handle hardware, software, network, and system issues with strong problem-solving and communication skills in Arabic and English.

Role Description:The System Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Asimah, Kuwait, responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company's IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include managing servers and workstations, administering user accounts and permissions, and monitoring system performance and security. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, providing technical support to internal teams, and ensuring reliable connectivity across offices and project sites. The System Administrator will also implement system updates and backups, maintain documentation of configurations and procedures, and collaborate with other departments to support business operations and growth. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.Manage Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.Manage Azure resources and services.Manage virtualization environments.Manage and monitor firewalls and network infrastructure.Manage backup solutions and ensure successful backup operations.Handle user onboarding and offboarding.Maintain IT documentation and asset records.Monitor system performance and resolve infrastructure issues.Handle daily IT operations and system administration tasks.Take over the current IT infrastructure responsibilities and ensure a smooth handover within 1–2 months.
