Description
Supervise daily administration and office services.Manage company vehicles, drivers, and daily fleet operations.Manage and monitor the company GPS tracking system, including vehicle locations, routes, movement, and utilization.Review GPS reports and identify unauthorized trips, excessive idle time, route deviations, or unusual vehicle activity.Follow up on vehicle maintenance, repairs, licenses, and insurance.Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, vehicle utilization, and operating costs.Supervise drivers and administrative staff and monitor their performance.Coordinate with suppliers, workshops, insurance companies, and service providers.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.Prepare regular administration, fleet, and GPS monitoring reports.Identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.
