Overview of the role
Join Al-Futtaim Automotive as a Cost Clerk – Toyota Al Badia and play a key role in supporting our aftersales operations through accurate costing, invoicing, and administration of workshop repairs. This position is essential to ensuring that all workshop activities are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting revenue generation, operational excellence, and compliance with Toyota and company standards. You will work closely with service and workshop teams to maintain the integrity of repair data, job costing, and invoicing processes.
What you will do
Review, verify, and process completed job cards in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure productive labor hours, consumables, parts, and repair codes are correctly allocated and invoiced
Support workshop operations by maintaining accurate costing records and minimizing lost productive hours
Ensure all job cards comply with distributor and manufacturer operational standards
Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and support the timely closure of repairs
Escalate outstanding or non-costed repairs as required
Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements through SAP and other business systems
Collaborate with service and workshop teams to ensure smooth aftersales operations and customer satisfaction

You will be part of Toyota Aftersales team, working closely with Service Advisors, Workshop teams, and management to ensure all repair orders are accurately processed and completed in line with operational standards.
