Typically 1–2 years of relevant site or construction experience, though fresh graduates with relevant internships or practical site exposure may be considered. Basic ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents, with good understanding of construction site safety and quality requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is advantageous. UAE driving licence is preferred.

General DescriptionThis role is responsible for managing and executing multiple construction projects efficiently and cost-effectively, in accordance with contractual requirements and project guidelines. It requires a comprehensive understanding of project operations, QHSE standards, and company procedures. The role will plan, coordinate, and deliver all operational works from project handover to closure, ensuring accuracy in documentation, resource optimization, and full compliance with safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily site activities, manpower, equipment and materials.Translate approved drawings, method statements and project requirements into site activities.Monitor ongoing works and ensure activities are carried out safely and in accordance with approved requirements.Provide instructions to site teams and follow up on assigned actions.Monitor site progress, productivity and equipment utilisation and report delays or operational issues.Support dewatering activities including installation, operation and monitoring of pumps, wells, pipelines and associated equipment.Record groundwater levels, pumping performance and other required project data.Coordinate with supervisors, HSE, Engineering, workshop, stores and other internal teams as required.Assist with inspections, measurements, testing and quality documentation.Prepare and maintain daily site reports, manpower records, equipment records and progress information.Identify technical, safety or operational issues and escalate them promptly to the Project Engineer or Project Manager.Support the recording of additional works, delays, client instructions and site conditions that may affect the project.Maintain compliance with company procedures, HSE requirements and project-specific controls.Qualification RequirementsBachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.Typically 1–2 years of relevant site or construction experience.Fresh graduates with relevant internships or practical site exposure may be considered.Previous dewatering, groundwater control, civil, infrastructure, utilities, piling or mechanical construction experience is advantageous but not essential.Basic ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.Good understanding of construction site safety and quality requirements.Good organisational, communication and reporting skills.Willingness to work extensively on site and develop strong practical construction knowledge.Proactive attitude with the ability to follow instructions, learn quickly and take responsibility for assigned tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is advantageous.UAE driving licence is preferred.
