Responsibilities
Cost management & control: Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for luxury residential projects.
Contract administration: Review, prepare, and negotiate construction contracts, variations, and claims while ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
Procurement & tendering: Manage the tender process, evaluate bids, and select suppliers and subcontractors to ensure best value and quality.
Project collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to monitor project progress and costs, providing timely advice to avoid overruns.
Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports and cost analyses for senior management and stakeholders.
Risk management: Identify potential commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect company interests.
Compliance: Ensure all quantity surveying activities adhere to relevant standards, legislation, and company policies.
Continuous improvement: Promote best practices and continuous improvements in quantity surveying processes and systems.
Requirements
