Behind the company's success are over 70,000 employees in more than 100 countries.AP AccountantMobility is the goalPrepare and post journal entries accurately and in a timely manner.Perform account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing activities.Process vendor invoices, credit notes, and employee expense claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.Ensure all invoices and expense reports are accurately recorded and uploaded into the accounting system within established deadlines.Investigate and resolve accounts payable discrepancies, vendor inquiries, and payment-related issues.Maintain and update vendor master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.Monitor accounts payable balances and support timely payment processing.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable legal requirements.Maintain the confidentiality and security of financial and organizational information.Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiencies, and recommend best practices.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.Support internal and external audit requirements by providing accurate documentation and financial records.Mobility needs youEducation and Specialty: Bachelor of commerce or accountingSpecific Training and Qualification: Advanced understanding of AP aging and/or account reconciliation process.
