Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.More than 15 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting.Proven experience in a Financial Manager / Finance Manager or senior financial leadership position.Previous experience in investment, holding, real estate, or financial services companies is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, taxation, and financial analysis.Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.Strong leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.Professional certification such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA is an advantage.Excellent command of English.
Description
Manage the company’s overall financial operations and accounting activities.Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with business objectives.Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other financial institutions.Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and treasury activities.Provide management with financial analysis and recommendations to support investment and business decisions.Establish and monitor financial controls, policies, and procedures.Identify financial risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.Supervise, develop, and evaluate the Finance & Accounting team.
