Talent 360 is hiring a Barista to join our team.This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality beverages and creating an excellent customer experience.About the RoleAs a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and other menu items while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service. You will also ensure the proper handling of equipment and supplies and contribute to a smooth and efficient daily operation.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely preparation and delivery.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the bar and customer service areas.Operate and handle coffee machines, equipment, and tools safely and correctly.Ensure proper storage, handling, and replenishment of ingredients and supplies.Monitor product quality and ensure beverages and menu items meet the required standards.Maintain an organized and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.Follow health, safety, and food hygiene procedures at all times.Support the team in maintaining smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.
