Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to join our Compliance Assurance & Monitoring department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing robust compliance monitoring programs, assessing risks, and providing strategic guidance to mitigate compliance issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining a strong FCC compliance framework and fostering a culture of compliance and ethics throughout the organization.Responsibilities Lead and manage the Compliance & Monitoring function, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Develop and implement effective compliance monitoring programs and strategies. Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on compliance matters. Support the Head of Compliance Assurance & Monitoring in maintaining a robust FCC compliance framework. Identify, assess, and manage enterprise-wide business risks across the institution. Promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior through training and awareness programs. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices, ensuring the organization's compliance. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance integration into business processes.
