DescriptionAmazon is seeking an experienced Program Manager to help scale our operations network through the launch of new facilities and expansion initiatives across Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, high-visibility programs that directly impact customer experience, business growth, and operational excellence.As a Program Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of expansion projects from site selection and design through construction, launch readiness, and operational handover. You will work across multiple stakeholder groups including operations, engineering, finance, procurement, real estate, technology, and external partners to deliver new facilities safely, on time, and within budget.This role requires strong program management skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders across different functions, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.Key job responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of network expansion and launch programs, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Develop project plans, launch schedules, governance mechanisms, and risk mitigation strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives. Partner with operations, engineering, finance, procurement, and real estate teams to define requirements and ensure successful project execution. Manage external vendors, consultants, contractors, and service providers throughout the project lifecycle. Track project performance through data, metrics, and reporting mechanisms, identifying risks and driving corrective actions when required. Own stakeholder communication, providing clear updates on milestones, dependencies, financial performance, risks, and launch readiness. Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to improve launch speed, reduce cost, and increase scalability across markets. Support business planning activities including capital planning, budget forecasting, resource planning, and long-term network expansion strategies. Conduct site visits and audits to validate project progress, operational readiness, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Build scalable tools, mechanisms, and operating models that enable efficient execution of future expansion programs.A day in the lifeAs a Program Manager, your primary focus will be delivering expansion and launch projects that help Amazon grow its operational footprint across KSA.A typical day may include reviewing project milestones, coordinating with stakeholders, resolving execution risks, and tracking launch readiness activities.
