Key Accountabilities

- Subsidiary Governance:
- Board and shareholder meetings and decision-making support for Group’s subsidiaries, joint ventures and investments
- Company secretarial support to wholly owned subsidiaries and ensuring all subsidiaries are in good standing Drafting of resolutions, minutes, delegation of authorities and other corporate documents
- Maintaining an up-to-date Directors, shareholders & Officers register for subsidiaries and proactively taking necessary actions for changes required
- General liaison with the internal stakeholders and registered agents/ service providers by being the focal point of contact for subsidiary related matters and documents.
- Supporting with corporate transactions/ matters (including incorporations/ new JVs or investments)

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge and experience in handling day to day company secretarial, entity management, board meetings support, policies governance and other corporate governance matters.
