Conduct daily onsite inspections of MEP installations to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications
Witness testing and commissioning of MEP systems (HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, electrical)
Ensure works meet Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defense, and other relevant authority standards
Review and comment on contractor method statements, ITPs, and inspection requests
Maintain detailed inspection records, snag lists, and non-conformance reports
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and design teams to resolve technical issues
Support close-out documentation and handover processes
