Job Title: QC Manager – Pharmaceutical IndustryLocation: ElMinufiyah, EgyptExperience: 15+ Years | Managerial Experience: 3+ YearsIndustry: PharmaceuticalAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced QC Manager to lead Quality Control and Microbiology activities, ensuring compliance with cGMP, quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee QC & Microbiology operations and ensure SOP compliance.Review and approve analyses for raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, and finished products.Ensure compliance with current cGMP requirements.Review and approve analytical method transfer protocols, worksheets, and reports.Review and approve specifications and testing procedures.Coordinate IQ, OQ, and PQ activities for QC instruments.Apply statistical tools, FMEA, Pareto analysis, process control, and Lean Manufacturing.Conduct audits of external agencies supporting QC activities.Review and approve analytical and calibration reports.Manage budgets for assigned R&D projects.Lead, develop, and guide the QC team.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.15+ years of experience in reputable pharmaceutical companies in Egypt.Minimum 3 years in a similar managerial QC role.Strong knowledge of QC, Microbiology, cGMP, analytical methods, and quality systems.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.Fluent English – written and spoken.
