Requires 5+ years of commercial experience with Python in web development, strong experience with at least one backend framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI), proven experience working on backend systems, solid understanding of API design and backend best practices, experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL), and hands-on experience with testing (e.g. Pytest, integration testing and mocking). Strong communication skills and comfort evaluating others' code and technical reasoning are also essential, along with availability for a full-time commitment (min 40h/week) and a high weekly interview volume.

This is a full-time engagement (minimum 40 hours/week), typically involving 20-25 interviews per week, meant to be an ongoing collaboration rather than a fixed short-term project.
