Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Orthodontist role based in Dubai at Berry Hill Polyclinic. The Orthodontist will diagnose and treat dental and jaw alignment issues, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide orthodontic interventions such as braces, aligners, and other corrective appliances. Daily responsibilities include examining patients, interpreting diagnostic imaging, monitoring treatment progress, and ensuring high standards of clinical care and patient safety. The role also involves collaborating with general dentists and other specialists, maintaining accurate medical records, educating patients on oral health and treatment options, and supporting the clinic's commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong expertise in Orthodontics and Dental Care to diagnose and treat malocclusions and other alignment issues.Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Dentistry and Medicine to collaborate effectively with other clinicians and support holistic patient care.Candidates should possess proven skills in Treatment planning and execution, including selecting and managing appropriate orthodontic appliances.Recognized dental degree (DDS, DMD, BDS or equivalent) with specialization in Orthodontics; valid licensure or eligibility to practice in Dubai/UAE.Experience working in a clinical, patient-facing setting, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to evidence-based practice, infection control standards, and continuous professional development.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
