The role offers an excellent opportunity for internationally trained specialists seeking career advancement, strong exposure to complex critical care cases, and the opportunity to work within a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment serving a diverse international patient population.ROLE OVERVIEWThe successful candidate will provide consultant-level Critical Care and Intensive Care services within a multidisciplinary clinical environment, supported by experienced consultants, critical care nurses, respiratory therapists, allied health professionals, and advanced diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the management of critically ill medical, surgical, trauma, and postoperative patients in the ICU.Provide advanced critical care, intensive care, organ support, mechanical ventilation, haemodynamic management, renal support, and sepsis management.Perform critical care procedures, including airway management, central venous access, and invasive monitoring, in accordance with clinical privileges.Coordinate multidisciplinary ICU rounds with consultants, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacy, and allied health teams.Manage complex and high-acuity cases while ensuring patient safety and evidence-based Critical Care Medicine practices.Communicate with patients' families and participate in goals-of-care discussions and ethical decision-making.Contribute to ICU protocols, infection prevention, clinical audits, simulation training, quality improvement, and clinical governance.
