Requirements
Previous experience as a Barista, preferably within a hotel, café, or restaurant environment. Good knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso-based beverages, and coffee equipment. Basic latte art skills are an advantage. Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service. Friendly and positive personality with good communication skills. Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to work effectively in a busy environment. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
