Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Graduates of Class 2023 to 2025).Experience: 0–3 year of experience in Post-Tensioning works (Fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply).Specialization: Basic knowledge of Post-Tensioning systems, structural layouts, and site activities.Software: Good knowledge of AutoCAD and excellent command of Microsoft Excel.Skills: Strong commitment, willingness to learn, and the ability to work on-site under pressure.Competencies: Good communication and teamwork skills.
Description
1) Supervise and follow up on all Post-Tensioning execution works at the site.2) Review drawings, structural layouts, and approved shop drawings.3) Monitor tendon installation, anchorage setup, stressing operations, and grouting activities.4) Prepare accurate daily/weekly site reports and quantity take-offs using Excel.5) Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and other site construction teams.6) Ensure that all work is executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety requirements.
