Key Accountabilities:Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and working instructions, as well as process data standardization sheets.Implement and manage standardized work and process control plans.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and Single-Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED).Utilize problem-solving methodologies such as A3 thinking and 8D reports to address and resolve process issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.Analyze process data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of process changes.Qualification & Education:Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Design & Production) / (Industrial)2:4 years of experience.Strong communication skills.Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking.Experience in data analysis.Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).Familiarity with Power BI (preferred).
