Developing, monitoring, driving, reporting performance metrics and status reviews; using data to improve HSE performance.In the field coaching and training to implement and verify HSE standards and practices.Managing documentation (HSE procedures, processes, records).Quality and HSE Management Systems: Expert level expertise in developing, implementing, and auditing systems like ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, NEBOSH. Regulatory compliance, auditing, and technical proficiencyRegulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of local, national, and international laws (OSHA, EPA, HSE Executive (UK), EU-OSHA, etc.) and industry-specific standards.Risk Management: Strong skills in risk assessment (bowtie, failure modes and effects analysis, hazard and operability study), hazard control, incident investigation (e.g., Fishbone, TapRoot, 5 Why), and creating safety management systems.Technical Discipline: expert level experience with regulatory/industry best practice compliance and implementation for all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment. Ability to analyze complex HSE data to make informed decisions and drive safety improvements. strong written/oral communication to convey complex information. Auditing: Conducting internal/external audits, including lead auditor certificationRequirements.  10+ years in progressive QHSE roles, including significant managerial/leadership experience. ·         Experienced with leading and building a high performing, multinational team of HSE professionals in region-based model focused on a globalization and standardization.·         Expertise with OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, and 14001 standards and internal audit programs and Corrective Preventative Actions - driving an operational learning culture.·         Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HSE standards, policies, procedures, and processes.·         Operational safety experience for multi-site projects and maintenance facilities.·         Experience with Serious Injuries and Fatalities (SIF) and Human & Organizational Performance.·         Demonstrated experience with transformational change of safety culture. Strongly action oriented.·         Drives high standards and challenges normalization of risk.·         Expert level proficiency in Incident Investigation and Risk/Hazard Assessment.·         Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM).·         Experience developing QHSE training matrices and competencies.·         Has credibility communicating and executing with frontline personnel and clients on operational safety. ·         Able to adjust priorities between strategic and operational business needs.·         Ability to interact and engage with external customers, experience with contractor management and bridging documents.·         Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and leadership skills.·         Prepares reports and presentations for executive leaders and expert level ability to communicate, trend, and action data.·         Experience in Security and Crisis and Emergency Management·         Upstream, midstream or downstream oil and gas experience working for service companies or international oil and gas operators.
