About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Therapist – Spa at Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Provide professional spa, health, body, and wellness treatments in accordance with established Spa protocols and recognised certification standards.
Recommend appropriate treatments and products based on individual guest needs, preferences, wellness history, allergies, and other relevant information.
Conduct guest consultations prior to treatments to understand individual requirements and ensure a personalised, safe, and exceptional spa experience.
Ensure treatment rooms are fully prepared, clean, well-equipped, and maintained in accordance with established Spa standards before receiving guests.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout treatment rooms and Spa areas in line with SOPs, sequence of service, and local regulations.
Deliver all treatments to the highest professional standards, ensuring proper preparation, consultation, treatment procedures, and aftercare are consistently followed.
Maintain accurate records of treatments and products used to support personalised service and ensure guest preferences are available for future visits.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
2 - 3 years of work experience as a Spa Therapist preferably with an international luxury hospitality company
Possess experience of working in an international capacity.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone.
Hold a recognized qualification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field.
