Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering with 2-5 years of experience in hotel, resort, or industrial facility maintenance. Must have knowledge of gas, steam, and electrical systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and basic knowledge of safety and HACCP standards.
