Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. 7-10 years of experience in financial controlling or accounting, with strong hands-on experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Solid knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance, and internal controls. Experience supporting senior leadership, external auditors, tax advisors, and investors.
