Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the home appliances, electronics, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.Strong experience in supply planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities.Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.Very good command of English.

Supply Chain Manager – Home AppliancesLocation: New CairoWe are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a leading Home Appliances company and lead the end-to-end supply chain activities.Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process from planning and procurement to production and delivery.Develop and monitor supply and demand planning to ensure product availability.Manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, and working capital.Lead procurement, sourcing, logistics, and supplier management activities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.Monitor supplier performance, lead times, costs, and delivery reliability.Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics teams.Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and optimize the supply chain.Establish and monitor KPIs related to inventory, forecasting, procurement, logistics, and supplier performance.Lead the supply chain team and ensure effective processes and continuous improvement.
