Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.10+ years of relevant experience.Proven experience in hospital/healthcare construction projects.Experience working on projects located along the coastal line is preferred.Strong experience in supervising mechanical works and site execution.Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP systems.Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and technical specifications.Strong site supervision and coordination skills.Good problem-solving and communication skills.Good command of English.
Description
Supervise and oversee mechanical works for hospital construction projects.Coordinate and monitor mechanical activities throughout project execution.Review mechanical works and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.Coordinate with electrical, civil, and other engineering teams.Follow up on the progress of mechanical works and ensure timely completion.Inspect mechanical installations and ensure proper quality and safety standards.Identify and resolve technical issues related to mechanical works.Coordinate with contractors and site teams.Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.Prepare progress reports and provide updates on mechanical works.Support testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
