Job Title: Consultant Critical Care Physician - UAELocation: UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeSector: Healthcare / Hospital / Medical GroupAbout the RoleA leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its high-acuity ICU, organ support and multidisciplinary critical care services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Critical Care Physician to join its growing clinical team.The role offers internationally trained clinicians the opportunity to work in a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment with strong clinical exposure and a diverse international patient population.Role OverviewThe successful candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the management of critically ill medical, surgical, trauma and postoperative patients in the ICU.Provide advanced organ support, including mechanical ventilation, haemodynamic management, renal support coordination and sepsis care.Perform critical care procedures such as airway management, central venous access and invasive monitoring according to clinical privileges.Coordinate multidisciplinary rounds with consultants, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists and allied health teams.Communicate effectively with families and support goals-of-care discussions and ethical decision-making.Support ICU protocols, infection prevention, clinical audits, simulation training and quality improvement initiatives.
