Requirements
Requires 3+ years of experience in Electrical BIM with a strong understanding of electrical systems. Must have advanced Revit skills with an electrical focus and experience using Navisworks for coordination and clash detection. Familiarity with BIM 360, ACC, and Bluebeam is required, along with a team-oriented mindset and mentoring experience. Candidates must be reliable, organized, deadline-focused, and possess intermediate spoken and written English skills.

If you enjoy teamwork, learning, and doing quality work, you will feel at home with us.Your Role Perform hands-on VDC and Electrical BIM production, including modeling, coordination, shop drawings, and prefabrication deliverables. Ensure all work complies with design intent, NEC codes, and client requirements. Take full ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables with minimal supervision. Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues and support the development of coordination-ready drawings. Manage tasks, project schedules, and internal deadlines effectively. Participate in client coordination meetings to align design intent, standards, and technical requirements. Support RFIs and technical clarifications as required. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and oversight to junior and mid-level engineers. Maintain strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Evolve, and other required VDC tools.
