Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Wood Technology, Furniture Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in joinery, furniture manufacturing, or interior fit-out production.
At least 3–5 years in a Production Manager or similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of joinery production processes, woodworking machinery, CNC operations, and finishing.
Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, quality control, and resource management.
Ability to lead and motivate production teams to achieve productivity and quality targets.
Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
