Requirements
3–7 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the Automotive Spare Parts industry.Direct experience in Automotive Spare Parts is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, receiving, issuing, storage, picking, and inventory handling.Experience in managing and organizing large quantities and varieties of spare parts.Good understanding of stock control, inventory accuracy, and cycle counting.Experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of Odoo ERP is a strong advantage.Good MS Excel skills and basic ability to analyze inventory and operational data.Ability to supervise warehouse staff and ensure proper task distribution and discipline.Strong focus on accuracy, organization, productivity, and warehouse safety.A hands-on and active supervisor who is involved in daily warehouse operations, not only administrative work.Good communication and problem-solving skills.???? Key Responsibilities:Lead and inspire a dedicated team of warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.Oversee all aspects of spare parts receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Implement and manage robust inventory control systems, conducting regular audits and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.Drive operational efficiency through process analysis, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to streamline workflows.Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a secure and compliant working environment.Collaborate closely with supply chain and procurement teams to forecast demand and manage supplier relationships effectively.Prepare comprehensive reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational metrics.
