Requirements
5–10 years of proven experience in Stock Control / Inventory Control within the Automotive Spare Parts industry.Automotive Spare Parts experience is mandatory — candidates without direct experience in this field will not be considered.Proven experience working with large-scale inventories involving:A large number and high variety of spare parts.Multiple alternatives / equivalents for the same spare part.Complex SKU structures and inventory classifications.Experience working in companies with multiple distribution branches, where each branch is registered and managed as a sub-warehouse within the ERP system.Strong practical experience in stock analysis, inventory data analysis, stock movement, turnover, aging, slow-moving, dead stock, and stock discrepancies.Excellent ability to work with data and generate meaningful inventory reports and analysis to support business decisions.Strong knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred.Excellent MS Excel and data analysis skills.Strong understanding of stock reconciliation, cycle counting, physical inventory, stock adjustments, and inventory accuracy.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.Ability to work effectively in a high-volume and fast-paced spare parts environment.????
