Location: Nord Anglia International School Al Khor, QatarNord Anglia Education is looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join Nord Anglia International School Al Khor, Qatar.We are looking for someone to take overall responsibility for the full operational management of the campus, providing strategic leadership in health and safety, facilities management, contract management, legal and compliance requirements, campus planning, and support staff management.The RoleWe seek an individual to join as an Operations Manager where your focus will be:Providing strategic leadership for health and safety, facilities management, and campus planning across the schoolLeading day-to-day management of capital projects, including capex budgets, governance structures, and risk mitigationOverseeing campus renovations, modifications, and large-scale procurement projects, liaising with landlords, contractors, and design teamsManaging all third-party contracts and day-to-day operations, including security, cleaning and maintenance, school buses, and onsite cateringEnsuring compliance with all Qatar regulatory agencies, NAE standards, and legal and compliance requirementsLeading budgeting, procurement, and event logistics across all non-academic functions of the schoolLine managing the Procurement Officer, Operations Assistant, facilities team, bus support assistants, and medical teamWorking alongside the Extended Leadership Team on space planning, room moves, and building maintenance activitiesAdvising the Principal on resource requirements and driving cost savings through vendor and supplier negotiationThe Successful Candidate Will PossessUniversity degreePrevious experience in this role or a similar operations management roleStrong leadership and communication skillsHigh levels of personal integrityExcellent organisational and time-management skillsAttention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and remain calmProactive and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines are achieved, with strong adaptabilityQatar or regional Middle East experience (desirable)About UsPlease see full job description here.Nord Anglia Education is the world's leading international schools organisation.
