Requires a graduate or higher degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration, or a professional qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA). Must have Oracle Fusion Certification. Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Oracle Projects Portfolio Management, P6 & Unifier, including at least 3 full life cycle implementations. Minimum 3 years of supporting and enhancing ERP systems. Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud, Microsoft packages (Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), strong analytical and communication skills, and working proficiency in English are also required.

Overall Purpose of Role:Responsible for the end-to-end implementation, configuration, ongoing support, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion ERP Project Portfolio Management, Primavera P6, and Primavera Unifier modules across the full Projects-to-Cash cycle. The role serves as the principal functional bridge between Project Controls, Finance, and IT teams, translating complex project management and controls requirements into scalable system solutions, leading full-lifecycle ERP implementations and change initiatives, managing data migrations and integrations, and developing analytical reports. The role is accountable for ensuring that PPM, Primavera P6, and Unifier solutions meet quality, compliance, and business performance standards, enabling effective project planning, cost control, earned value management, and executive reporting.Key Performance Indicator:Successful closure and stabilization of all new PPM, P6, and Unifier ERP projects on time and within budget.System architecture and solution designs meet quality standards and applicable Oracle and Primavera best practices.User support delivered within agreed SLA thresholds across all supported PPM, P6, and Unifier modules.Change management and release processes executed in full compliance with IT governance policies.Cross-functional training delivered and backup coverage maintained across all PPM, P6, and Unifier modules.All audit and compliance observations closed within agreed timelines with zero repeat findings.All application and configuration documentation prepared, maintained, and updated on a timely basis.Full personal compliance with Lamprell HSES policies and procedures.Role Specific Competencies:Qualifications: Graduate or higher degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering and/or Business Administration or professional qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA).Certifications: Oracle Fusion Certification (must); PRINCE2 Foundation (preferred); ITIL v4 Foundation (preferred)Experience: Minimum 5 years in implementing the Oracle Projects Portfolio Management, P6 & Unifier. At least 3 full life cycle implementations of the modules mentioned above. Minimum 3 year of supporting and enhancing ERP systems. Demonstrated knowledge and experience of implementing technology or applications in a complex environment within agreed timelines. Experience with Oracle Analytics cloudInterpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well with others. Team Player. Excellent communication skills. Working Proficiency in English Language.Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills having the ability to understand complex processes and scenarios and provide recommendations and solutions. Expertise in Microsoft packages, including Project, Visio, Power Point, Word and Excel. Ability to adopt new technology and applications that may be required to be used by the team.
