QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, Pharmacy, or a related field.Previous experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, Presenter, or Influencer.A strong portfolio demonstrating on-camera content, Reels, product videos, and creative campaigns.Previous experience in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, healthcare, or e-commerce is preferred.Basic understanding of performance marketing, customer journeys, and sales-driven content.REQUIRED SKILLSStrong creativity, storytelling, and content development skills.Confident, natural, and professional on-camera presence.Excellent Arabic communication and presentation skills; good English is preferred.Strong scriptwriting, caption writing, and sales copywriting skills.Ability to create strong hooks and calls to action that attract attention and encourage sales.Good knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends.Good mobile photography, videography, lighting, framing, and audio-recording skills.Proficiency in video-editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar applications.Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.Ability to understand content analytics and use performance results to improve future content.Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.Willingness to participate in outdoor shoots, events, podcasts, interviews, and public appearances.Interest in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, and customer needs.
Description
Create original content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, the Company’s website, and advertising campaigns.Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, captions, storytelling ideas, and clear calls to action.Appear confidently on camera to present products, educational content, promotional offers, and brand messages.Shoot and edit Reels, short-form videos, product demonstrations, tutorials, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and event coverage.Produce content inside the office, outdoors, at events, exhibitions, pharmacies, and other approved locations.Follow social media trends and adapt them creatively to match RAXEIRA’s identity and target audience.Maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity, product information, and approved marketing claims.Coordinate with the Brand Manager, Graphic Designer, Social Media, Media Buying, E-commerce, and Sales Teams.Support product launches, promotional campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.Organize and maintain content files, raw footage, scripts, and approved brand assets.Monitor content performance, including reach, engagement, views, watch time, leads, and sales impact.Deliver all required content according to the approved content calendar and deadlines.All content created as part of this role shall be exclusively owned by RAXEIRA and may not be reused or shared without prior written approval.
