We are seeking an experienced Fit Out Foreman to oversee and coordinate fit out activities for various projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead onsite teams, ensure high-quality workmanship, maintain safety standards, and deliver projects on schedule within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate fit out works onsite, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Manage and lead construction teams, providing guidance and motivation to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor daily progress and prepare reports to keep management informed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
- Inspect workmanship to ensure work meets project requirements and rectify any defects promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, manpower, and equipment usage.
- Resolve onsite issues and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Assist in planning and scheduling tasks to optimize resource utilization.
