Requires a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering, with 6-8 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Industrial, or EPC/EPCM projects. Must have hands-on experience in electrical and instrumentation installation/inspection, fabrication quality inspections, loop checking, commissioning support, and hazardous area inspection. Proven experience working with EPC/EPCM projects, clients, PMC representatives, third-party agencies, and multidisciplinary teams is essential.

Join a business with deep technical roots, where your voice is heard, your impact is visible, and your career is part of a legacy of excellence.YOUR ROLEAs QC Inspector (E&I), you willElectrical & Instrumentation InspectionConduct inspections of electrical and instrumentation installations in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, ITPs, and international standards.Inspect cable tray installation, cable laying, termination works, panels, junction boxes, field instruments, and associated E&I systems.Witness and verify testing activities including: Insulation Resistance (IR) testing, Continuity testing, Loop checks, Functional testing, Pre-commissioning and commissioning activitiesVerify hazardous area installations and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.Review calibration certificates, test reports, and inspection records.Fabrication Quality InspectionPerform inspections on structural steel, supports, skids, instrument stands, and fabrication works.Verify material traceability, material receiving inspections, and compliance with project requirements.Ensure fabrication activities conform to approved procedures, drawings, and quality standards.Monitor welding, dimensional inspections, surface preparation, coating, and final acceptance requirements.Quality Assurance & ComplianceSupport implementation of Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Quality Control Procedures (QCPs).Participate in field quality audits, walk-downs, and punch list closure activities.Raise and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and assist in Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and project-specific quality standards.Coordinate inspections with clients, PMC representatives, and third-party inspectors.Documentation & ReportingPrepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, loop folders, calibration logs, FAT/SAT documentation, and test packages.Verify completeness and accuracy of turnover dossiers and final quality documentation.Assist QA/QC Engineers and Project QA/QC Management in maintaining the Quality Management System.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORExperienceMinimum 6-8 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Industrial, or EPC/EPCM projects.Hands-on experience in: Electrical installation and inspection, Instrumentation installation and testing, Fabrication and structural steel quality inspections, Loop checking and commissioning support, Hazardous area inspection and verificationProven experience working with: EPC/EPCM project environments, Clients and PMC representatives, Third-party inspection agencies, Multidisciplinary construction teamsEducation and CertificationsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.CSWIP / BGAS / NACE (advantageous)CompEx or Hazardous Area Inspection Certification (preferred)ISO 9001 Internal Auditor CertificationRelevant QA/QC certifications within Oil & Gas projectsSKILLS AND COMPETENCIESStrong knowledge of:QA/QC processes and methodologiesInspection & Test Plans (ITPs)Quality Control Procedures (QCPs)International industry codes and standardsISO 9001:2015 Quality Management SystemsWHAT WE OFFER The chance to contribute to some of UAE's Oil and Gas EPC Mega projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Competitive salary and benefits package.Ready to be part of our teamIf you're inspired by what you've read and believe you're the right fit, we'd love to hear from you.Join Target Engineering and Construction Co.
