Requirements
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or another recognized common law jurisdiction with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience (PQE). Proven experience providing broad corporate and commercial legal support within a large organization or leading law firm, with significant exposure to day-to-day commercial contracting and corporate advisory work. Strong understanding of UAE legal and regulatory frameworks. Demonstrated expertise drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, corporate documents, governance frameworks, and business contracts. Experience advising senior leadership and executive stakeholders on legal, governance, risk, and commercial matters. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice while effectively managing risk. Previous experience supervising, mentoring, or developing junior lawyers is highly desirable. Experience supporting international projects and managing external counsel is desirable.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business on key strategic, operational, governance, and legacy matters.
